TLDR

Lead a small AML Compliance team to oversee the AML/CTF program and ensure adherence to regulations and internal policies.

As an Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in the local AML/CTF Compliance function. 

Reporting into the Chief Regulatory Officer (Australia), the AML Compliance Manager will lead a small team of AML Compliance Analysts and support oversight of bet365’s AML/CTF Program, ensuring adherence to relevant legislation, regulation and internal policies.

You will embrace the power to drive change, influence and oversee projects whilst discovering numerous opportunities for continuous learning and development. You will ensure processes are followed and provide solutions to challenges the business encounters.

As a Manager, you will need to ensure that high quality written output is produced at all times and liaise with auditors, regulators and senior management effectively.  Comprehensive training will be provided to excel in your role, with continuous professional development actively encouraged. 

The position is offered on a full-time basis and is office-based.

  • Experience in AML/CTF compliance in any regulated sector is preferred. 

  • Experience leading a team, with ability to communicate with a wide range of people. 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders. 

  • Strong attention to detail and a thorough approach to work.  

  • Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills. 

  • Ability to create formal documentation and reporting for senior management. 

  • Oversee the day-to-day AML compliance framework. 

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of AML policies, procedures and controls. 

  • Assist with regulatory reporting, audit activity and internal/external reviews. 

  • Provide support to the wider business on AML compliance matters. 

  • Keep up-to-date with relevant AML legislation, regulation and industry best practice. 

  • Provide AML advice, guidance and training to key stakeholders across the business. 

  • Support continuous improvement of AML processes, systems and governance.
