Job Responsibilities:

Review and verify supplier invoices against POs and delivery notes (3-way matching).

Record and post journal entries for suppliers.

Review ETA portal on a daily basis.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards.

Review supplier and contractor invoices to ensure accurate tax treatment (VAT, WHT).

Prepare monthly accruals and prepaid entries.

Job Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in a similar role.

Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Strong organizational skills and self-motivated.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and prioritization skills.

Preferably experienced with Oracle NetSuite.
