Job Title : Application Engineer

Location : Bangalore (Onsite)

The role requires a candidate with 1–3 years of experience and expertise in AI/ML , Python, Java, APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and Automation Anywhere Platforms. The individual should possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, be able to understand customer issues, and provide effective solutions or workarounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer issues and provide effective solutions or workarounds.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, API, and integration-related issues.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to drive issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions and scripts.
• Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Expertise of AI/ML concepts and technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Python and Java.
• Experience with REST APIs, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification:

•  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

•  1–3 years of relevant experience in Solution Engineering is an added advantage.
