Apprentice

Position Summary
The Apprentice will work alongside experienced professionals to develop the knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience needed to succeed in their assigned trade or profession. This role combines on-the-job training with instruction while following established safety procedures and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist experienced team members with daily tasks and projects.

• Learn and apply industry practices, tools, equipment, and procedures.

• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.

• Attend required training sessions and complete assigned coursework.

• Ask questions, accept feedback, and demonstrate a willingness to learn.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.

• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.

• Ability to meet the physical and technical requirements of the assigned trade, if applicable.
