About the role
We're looking for an experienced Area Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a key product area. In this role, you'll turn company strategy into tangible outcomes, partnering with cross-functional teams to discover opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and deliver products that create value for users and the business.
You'll work closely with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders to ensure your area evolves in line with users' needs and company objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Define strategy and priorities
Own the product strategy and roadmap for your area.
Translate priorities into clear product goals and initiatives.
Identify, validate, and prioritize product opportunities using customer insights and data.
Make trade-off decisions to maximize customer and business impact.
Drive product delivery
Lead end-to-end delivery of the area roadmap.
Ensure teams have clear problem statements, requirements, and success criteria.
Coordinate dependencies across teams and ensure solutions fit within the broader product ecosystem.
Continuously improve delivery quality and execution.
Collaborate and influence
Align stakeholders around priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes.
Communicate roadmap, progress, risks, and results clearly and proactively.
Influence decisions across teams without relying on formal authority.
Use data to make decisions
Drive product discovery through customer research, experimentation, and feedback.
Use quantitative and qualitative insights to shape roadmap decisions.
Define and monitor key product KPIs.
Measure outcomes and iterate based on product performance.
Build a strong product culture
Coach product teams on effective product practices.
Foster collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Help strengthen execution excellence across your product area.
Requirements
You’ll thrive here if you have
