The Job

We are focusing on acquiring Flo users through different sources, organic and paid, by deploying high-quality creative across selected channels.

Every day we run, control, and optimize dozens of campaigns to deliver Flo’s message and acquire new users according to set goals.

What you will be doing:

  • Increase organic downloads and conversion rate optimization for the App and Play Store presence using methods of ASO;
  • Improve app rankings in search results in all app stores;
  • Develop and test metadata and creative concepts for the app page in the store (both textual and visual), in order to increase conversion and visibility;
  • Brief designers and translators on creative experiments as well as the localization of app store assets;
  • Monitor, track and report key metrics;
  • Track competitor performance per country and conduct analysis for finding hidden potential;
  • Follow and apply all the latest changes & opportunities of iTunes & Google Play stores;
  • Deliver ongoing competitive analysis, making changes and applying new approaches to refine overall ASO impact continually;
  • Collaborate with Product, Growth, UA, Support and Brand teams.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 1+ year of experience in the position of ASO Manager or similar role;
  • Upper-intermediate or advanced English level. Additional foreign language/s at intermediate+ level is a huge plus;
  • Passion for learning and searching for new marketing tactics;
  • Familiarity with ASO tools;
  • Experienced with A/B testing and data analysis;
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Good organizational skills, detail orientation, reporting and user-centric skills are crucial.

The salary range for this role in Lithuania starts from 3000 EUR gross/month.
