Assembly Operator
TLDR
Assemble robotic components to exact specs and QA standards, maintaining tooling, safety, and 5S in a high-volume robotics hardware environment.
Be responsible for the daily maintenance and management of tools and equipment during the assembly process, ensure that tools are in good condition and equipment operates normally, and strictly abide by safety production rules and regulations to eliminate potential safety hazards.
According to the production plan and following the work instruction documents, efficiently complete the assembly of robotic components on time and ensure each process meets quality standards to avoid affecting subsequent testing procedures.
According to in-coming material quality inspection instruction documents, efficiently complete the inspection of robotic components. Keep a good record of the history of inspection results in digital form.
Proactively identify potential issues in the assembly and testing process. Communicate with the team and assist in promoting problem-solving.
Participate in workshop 5S management, maintain clean and organized workstations, standardize the storage of materials and tools, and improve the safety and efficiency of the working environment.
