Assessment Tool Developer/Programmer
TLDR
Develop and maintain offline-capable HTML5 web applications with JavaScript, data synchronization between central and local stores, and UI frameworks like Bootstrap, Knockout, or Angular.
Mandatory Skills:
1. At least 2 year experience in HTML5 architectural design/development experience, including CSS.
2. At least 1 year experience of writing or designing an application using HTML5 that operates while connected to a central server and which can also operate while disconnected from a server.
3. At least 2 year experience with HTML5 supporting UI frameworks
4. At least 3 year experience of programming in JavaScript
Desired Skills:
• Experience developing a data check-out process moving data from a central data store to a local data store
• Experience developing a data check-in process moving data from a local data store to a central data store and apply business rules to resolve data collisions and conflicts.
• Experience developing authentication routines and associated logic in order to encrypt and control data access to the locally-persisted data
• Experience developing an offline application supported by multiple browsers using Apache
• Experience using Bootstrap and/or the CMS Assets frameworks and JavaScript frameworks such as Knockout.js and/or Angular.js
• Development experience using indexed dB as a local data store
• Experience with WCAG 2.0 and Section 508 accessibility guidelines
