Why This Role Matters

This role will support revenue operations, treasury activities, and India compliance processes. The individual will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing, collections tracking, cash management, and timely statutory filings. This is a hands-on role suited for someone strong in execution and willing to learn across functions.

What You’ll Do

1. Revenue Operations (Execution Focus)

• Support end-to-end order-to-cash (O2C) process: customer setup, sales order creation, invoicing
• Ensure invoices are raised accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist in revenue recognition workings and reconciliations
• Reconcile data between CRM (e.g., HubSpot) and ERP (e.g., NetSuite)
• Track accounts receivable (AR) aging and follow up on collections
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries
• Support monthly revenue close and reporting
• Monthly financial and business MIS

2. Treasury Support

• Assist in daily cash position tracking and bank reconciliations
• Prepare payment runs (vendor payments, reimbursements, etc.)
• Bank accounting entries
• Maintain records of cash flow and assist in basic forecasting

3. India Compliance (Support Role)

• Assist in preparation and filing of GST and TDS returns
• Maintain documentation required for statutory compliance
• Support audits by preparing schedules and providing data
• Track compliance deadlines and ensure timely submissions
• Work with external consultants for filings and regulatory queries

4. Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams for data and issue resolution
• Follow up internally and externally for pending items (collections, documents, approvals)

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, treasury, or compliance roles, preferably in a startup or high-growth technology environment
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash (O2C) processes, invoicing, accounts receivable, reconciliations, revenue close activities, and financial MIS reporting
• Working knowledge of India compliance requirements including GST, TDS, audits, and coordination with external consultants or auditors
• Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM systems such as NetSuite and HubSpot, along with bank reconciliations, payment processing, and cash tracking activities
• A detail-oriented, adaptable, and execution-driven mindset with strong collaboration skills across Finance, Sales, and Operations teams in fast-paced, evolving environments
