Associate - Ad Sales Coordinator, Sports

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Ticketing and Client Services Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for negotiating and securing complimentary tickets (FOC) to meet client requirements, effectively managing all client and sponsor needs through FOC tickets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee internal approvals, liaise with various teams including trade media for activity closure, and ensure external approvals are secured.

• Negotiate and acquire more FOC tickets to fulfill client needs and meet business objectives.

• Manage the entire ticket distribution process for advertising sales and other business units.

• Raise invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors for ticket purchases.

• Prepare budgets and reconcile all ticket-related expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.

• Handle last-minute requests from clients or internal stakeholders with urgency and efficiency.

• Conduct training sessions for new users of the ticketing system and provide support to other departments with ticket uploads.

• Manage any other tasks related to ticketing and client services as required.

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 3 years experience managing ticketing process for events.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
