Key Responsibilities :
1. Drive business growth, and market share of the specific category with strong product, competition, and consumer analytics.
2. Assist in developing category-specific strategies to drive growth and maximize revenue.
3. Lead strong cross-functional stakeholder management to translate customer insights into marketing efforts and enhance customer value.
4. Identifying & hiring faculty for the category.
5. Demonstrate analytical thinking and leverage data to support decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. 1-3 Years of experience in category management 
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail
3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies to drive category growth.
4. Prior experience of working with start-ups is a plus but not mandatory.
