Associate, Client Development

O stanowisku:   Jako Client Development Associate w Adlook będziesz wspierać realizację kampanii digitalowych - od identyfikowania możliwości rozwoju współpracy z klientami po analizę wyników i rekomendacje po zakończeniu kampanii. To stanowisko łączy strategiczne podejście do obsługi klienta z operacyjnym prowadzeniem kampanii programmatic, zapewniając wsparcie zarówno w obszarze consultingu, jak i execution. Na co dzień będziesz ściśle współpracować z Sales Managerami oraz Technical Account Managerami (TAM). Szukamy osoby o analitycznym podejściu, z doświadczeniem w pracy z klientem oraz zainteresowanej rozwojem w obszarze adtech i reklamy cyfrowej.     What you'll do

• Provide support to the Client Development Team in the successful execution of account plans and strategies
• Conduct regular check-ins on clients campaigns, assess their effectiveness, and escalate concerns to the senior team when necessary
• Collaborate closely with the technical support team to smoothly onboard new campaigns
• Proficiency in utilising the Adlook platform

Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree; an analytical and scientific background is a plus;
• 1-2 years of experience in a media role centred on cultivating relationships with external partiesKeen interest in programmatic technology and a quick aptitude for learning new tech
• Capability to instruct others, maintain confidence when addressing groups, and display humility in the process of learning from others
• English proficiency required; French fluency is highly desirable
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office, including activities such as creating pivot tables, generating charts, and manipulating extensive data sets
• Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate across functions in a dynamic start-up environment
• Effective organisational and time management skills, demonstrating the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadline
