Associate Fullstack Engineer

Build production systems that help AI agents discover, retrieve, and cite web content while developing telemetry and routing pipelines.
About the Role
Join an early-stage AI infrastructure team building systems that help products become discoverable to AI agents. You will investigate how AI agents crawl, retrieve, and cite information across the web.
What You'll Do
Design experiments to understand how AI agents discover and evaluate web content.
Build and ship production systems that support AI agent discovery and retrieval.
Develop and debug telemetry and routing pipelines.
Use findings from system behavior to improve how products are surfaced and cited by AI tools.
What We're Looking For
At least 2 years of individual contributor experience building and shipping production systems.
Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, or Go in production.
Background at a startup or technology company.
Experience with LLM infrastructure or evaluation, or with edge systems.
Hands-on experience building or debugging telemetry and routing pipelines.
Curiosity about how AI systems choose what information to retrieve, cite, and trust.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary: $100,000 to $150,000, plus equity of 0.10% to 0.30%. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site in San Francisco, California, six days per week.
