Associate Product Manager (Ops Tools)

Job Description:

• Own delivery of product initiatives and releases to achieve cascaded OKR
• Prioritize and sequence product initiatives and creating user stories
• Define, document, and communicate the objectives, requirements, and constraints for product initiatives and releases
• Manages the entire product lifecycle and product roadmap
• Supports the development team by prioritizing the product backlog and creating user stories
• Works with internal stakeholders — engineering, operational, customer success, and board members

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree's in Engineering
• Demonstrate strong capabilities in leading and managing project
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, data-driven and possess systemic thinking
• An analytical and metric/data driven work style
• Preferably possess knowledge about mechanical and/or electrical product
• Willing to work closely with engineers and other stakeholders
