Associate Trademark Search Analyst

We are looking for a Trademark Search Analyst to join our Search Analysis team in Belgrade. This is an exciting opportunity to combine analytical thinking, research, and problem-solving while helping protect some of the world’s most valuable brands. You’ll work alongside a supportive global team and develop expertise in the fascinating field of intellectual property.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  

• Proficient in English

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Microsoft, Outlook etc.)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience

It would be great if you also have . . .   

• Experience working in IP field, preferably with Trademarks

• Experience in a customer-facing position

• Good analytical and research skills

What will you be doing in this role?

• Manage daily production including completing all assigned trademark research tasks according to expected delivery time frame.

• Analyze search requests to properly retrieve data corresponding to the correct characteristics of the target image.

• Develop smart query strategies implementing specific goods and services relatable to the trademark device ensuring all essential retrieval of records of similarity, internal classifications and scope are achieved.

• Review the data for each report and make selections based on the most pertinent references to the subject matter.

• Provide high quality reports in a timely manner meeting the expectations of individual and team goals all while making sure scheduled deadlines are met regarding turnaround expectations.

• Answer clients’ inquiries and proactively contact clients regarding CompuMark Search products and services

About the Team

Search Analysis team is responsible for conducting trademark research and analysis on the Internet, specialized databases, and other sources as necessary to produce quality research reports for CompuMark clients. We are responsible for finding and reporting valuable, relevant information which aids in the client’s decision-making process regarding trademark availability. Therefore, we provide customer service support by proactively contacting clients to discuss search strategies and selection preferences.

Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, CET working hours. This is a hybrid position working in the office for a minimum of 3 days every other week.
