Associate, User Growth - GrabMart is the mart growth engine for Grab. Work is inter-disciplinary – a combination of advanced analytics, customer segmentation, marketing strategy and positioning. The team will be focused on growing demand sustainability, with projects covering overall strategy, brainstorming, experimentation and driving implementation of main projects.

You will be joining as Associate, User Growth - GrabMart to join our team Bangkok, Thailand. You will play a crucial part in optimizing our GrabMart operations through accurate demand forecasting and strategic planning. Develop demand forecasting models for our GrabMart services. You will report to Head of GrabMart and work onsite in Bangkok office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will analyze short to medium term issues impacting demand growth in the business. This includes customer segmentation, conversion funnel optimization, churn analysis, market scans and experimentation
- You will collaborate with internal and external members to align demand plans with business strategies
- You will create regular reports and presentations on demand forecasts and measurements
- You will participate in SOP meetings to provide insights on demand trends and potential risks
- You will design efficient promo structures and other projects to achieve demand growth in the GrabMart business and work with main partner teams to implement.
- You will manage budget allocation and track cost from plans in collaboration with Finance
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- A minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in financial services, management consulting or technology firms
- Processing and analyzing complex data sets using Excel (Essential)/Tableau ()
- Working knowledge of SQL is preferred but not essential
- Quantitative discipline with strong business sense and complex analyses to a wide range of audiences, and translating these to actionable business insights
- Ability to see big picture while not losing sight of details
