Associate, Warehouse (Recovery)

Job Responsibilties:-

• To ensure all physical problematic parcels are attended on daily basis.
• To ensure all inquiries for problematic delivery issues are well addressed and closed in a timely mannered.
• To conduct a thorough investigations for all problematic parcels/delivery issues within the allotted time.
• To ensure all PETs created are attended on the daily basis and closed within the agreed SLA.
• To ensure full adherence to Recovery's SOP.
• To ensure full compliances in 5's concepts.
• To conduct and ensure the stock count and inventory management are tally.
• To ensure the relevant stakeholders are well informed with issue that tag to order(s).
• To ensure the accuracy of data input into the recovery system.
• To prepare report related to the problematic delivery issues on weekly basis.
• To assist Manager/Head for any ad hoc projects and analysis as and when required.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Can communicate very well in English.
• Self-starter with good initiatives.
• Can work under high pressure.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google apps.
• Willing to go for hands on approach as works will be warehouse based.
• Able to grasp operation processes and systems quickly.
• Knowledge/experiences in 5’s concepts and Kaizen will be an added advantage.
