Assortment Manager Kits (category Management)

TLDR

Own development of a Kits assortment exceeding 100K SKUs, designing management processes and coordinating Category Management, suppliers, and other teams.

Full ownership of “Kits” assortment development, including ensuring regular kits-assortment
management processes, cross-functional alignment with involved departments (Category Management,
Vendor Management, Supply Planning, Private Brands, Pricing and other) and participating in
negotiations with suppliers.

1. Responsibility for development of assortment part of Kits direction (>100K SKUs range)
2. Financial targets achievement: revenue and profitability
3. Kits assortment management regular process design and implementation
4. Coordination of kits-assortment-related cross-functional activities
5. Participation in Company-wide projects and strategic initiatives

Job requirements:
1. Experience in assortment management >5 years
2. Relevant experience in automotive
3. Good technical understanding of how a car functions
4. Autonomy & Initiative: Proactive self-starter who can work independently without constant
supervision
5. English Language: B2+ (Upper-Intermediate at least)
6. Successful experience in project management as an additional advantage
