TLDR
Registre em celular corporativo inventários, preços, promoções e locais de compra de produtos de consumo massivo nos lares visitados.
Visitar os diferentes lares, estabelecendo uma relação estratégica entre as responsáveis pela casa e a NielsenIQ.
Orientar e esclarecer as moradoras sobre os processos e políticas da NielsenIQ.
Cumprir as rotas e horários estabelecidos, conforme a programação definida e fornecida pelo(a) QCT.
Conhecer os produtos adquiridos pela moradora, suas características físicas e novidades, a fim de melhorar a execução das atividades.
Realizar com precisão e qualidade o inventário dos produtos de consumo massivo presentes em cada lar.
Atualizar no celular corporativo os preços, promoções, locais de compra e novas apresentações dos produtos.
Solicitar comprovantes de compra (notas fiscais), embalagens ou recipientes de produtos consumidos e/ou adquiridos no período, realizando as correções necessárias.
Em caso de cancelamento da participação de um lar ou necessidade de atualização da amostra, o(a) auditor(a) deverá realizar a substituição seguindo os procedimentos estabelecidos, garantindo a representatividade dos lares conforme as normas da Nielsen.
Cuidar adequadamente do celular corporativo e das demais ferramentas fornecidas para o trabalho.
Carregar sempre todo o material de trabalho (celular corporativo, carregador etc.).
Executar todas as demais funções e responsabilidades atribuídas conforme sua área de competência.
Requisitos
Ensino Médio completo (equivalente a “Preparatoria Trunca” no material original).
Desejável experiência prévia em vendas, funções operacionais (almoxarife, motorista, caixa etc.) e/ou trabalho em campo.
Desejáveis conhecimentos básicos em Informática (Pacote Office) e Android.
Apego a normas e orientação para resultados.
Resiliência, autonomia e gestão de conflitos.
Habilidade numérica para operações básicas (soma, subtração, multiplicação e divisão).
