Automation Engineer
TLDR
Own and evolve automation frameworks across a Microsoft stack (Power Apps/Power Automate, Dynamics, Azure), delivering API tests and CI/CD-driven automation.
SUMMARY
As the Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions that improve the quality, reliability, and efficiency of our enterprise solutions. Our solutions are built on Microsoft technologies (Dynamics, Power Platform, Azure, C# backend), and automation is delivered primarily through Power Apps, API, and regression testing.
This role is ideal for someone with proven hands-on automation experience who wants to take ownership of automation frameworks, drive continuous integration of testing into the delivery lifecycle, and champion automation best practices across the team.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Collaborate closely with Operations team, Infrastructure lead, Service managers, and engineers to identify automation candidates.
- Identify opportunities to automate, suggest possible solutions and drive technical implementation
- Define, evolve, and execute the enterprise automation in operations
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated frameworks and scripts, primarily in Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Build and maintain automated API test suites for functional and integration validation.
- Integrate automated test execution into Azure DevOps and maintain reliable scheduled runs.
- Analyze automation results, investigate failures, and report defects with clear reproduction steps.
- Define and promote automation standards, reusable components, and best practices
- Continuously expand automation coverage and support regression, integration, and acceptance testing activities.

TECHNICAL & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Strong understanding of automation principles, frameworks, and design patterns.
- Solid knowledge of API testing, regression testing, QA methodologies, and defect management tools.
- Scripting/programming proficiency (VBScript, C#, or JavaScript).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps or similar) and pipeline integration of tests.
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or Azure environments is desirable.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of experience in software development, with a significant focus on automation.
- Hands-on experience with UFT and Postman (or comparable tools).
- Experience building or maintaining automation frameworks from the ground up is desirable.
- Experience with performance or load testing tools is desirable.
SALARY
The offered base wage (gross) for this position starts from 2500 EUR/month.
