Autonomous Vehicle Driver (Bertha Certified)

Our mission-driven teams span Europe, North America, and Asia, delivering rich, actionable insights to our partners.   Role Overview: We are seeking a Bertha Certified Test Operator to support our autonomous vehicle projects. The Bertha certification indicates a high level of competence in real-world vehicle testing, system awareness, and public interaction—critical for gathering meaningful data and maintaining a safe AV experience. Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor autonomous vehicles with a focus on safety and system performance

Provide real-time observations and log anomalies using dedicated software tools

Engage with ride-hailing passengers as part of the AV experience

Execute route testing in diverse environments, including city and highway scenarios

Ensure compliance with Bertha certification protocols and data integrity standards

Generate comprehensive test reports and collaborate with engineering teams

Work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and early mornings

Required Qualifications:

Bertha Certification for Autonomous Vehicle Testing

Valid Class C driver’s license with a clean record and at least 3 years of experience

Must be 21 years or older

Comfortable using digital tools for reporting and analysis

Excellent judgment, focus, and communication skills
