Job Description
- Support lead generation activities by preparing prospect lists and maintaining lead databases
- Identify trends, early warning signals for churn, and potential upsell indicators based on data analysis
- Support ad-hoc data requests and performance reviews
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather required information for reporting and analysis
Job Requirements
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, basic data analysis)
Business Administration
Basic understanding of sales or customer lifecycle concepts
Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working with data
English, Mandarin, Malay
