How your day-to-day in this role will look:

• Respond to all customer inquiries within given timescales, efficiently and effectively, and to develop and maintain full technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Recognize when a problem or query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff
• Deal with all correspondence as requested/required
• Responsible for maintaining and updating all administration
• Exhibit close attention to detail when documenting cases and following processes
• Be comfortable navigating multiple systems to research information and resolve cases efficiently
• Manage workload effectively while meeting quality, productivity, and compliance KPIs
• Adapt quickly to policy changes and new campaign launches

Requirements

What do you need to be successful at this job?

• Minimum C1 German
• Good command of MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure to achieve deadlines
• Assist our players with any issues they might experience or report
• Focus on the player and provide the ultimate player experience
• Listen to the voice of the players and communicate it further to the appropriate teams
• Work with our team to improve our processes
