Responsibilities
- Lead growth campaigns for the LATAM region, ensuring optimized contributions to market volume and new user acquisition.
- Plan and implement Go-To-Market strategies for newly launched channels or features within LATAM area.
- Coordinate and support Global branding initiatives, including KOL, affiliate marketing, and community promotions.
- Oversee global content and social media strategies for all Business Lines.
- Develop strategies to increase awareness of products, such as optimizing product entrances.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years experience in a Affiliate Marketing, Partnerships or Community marketing role, growing LATAM region specifically.
- Passion for crypto/blockchain and in-depth knowledge of the local blockchain community.
- Experience in launching new features or products in the LATAM market, with a proven track record of attracting new users through educational go-to-market initiatives.
- Experience coordinating and evaluating the results of product exposure across local marketing channels, such as social media and community platforms.
- Experience coordinating content creation and product promotion with influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- High sense of ownership, self-driven and innovative thinking.
- Effective sales and negotiation skills.
- Driven and results-orientated.
