You'll be joining the backend group to help us expand our backend system and add new features to the company's core product. As a Backend Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in driving the backend architecture and technical strategies that underpin our success. Build backend system from the ground up.

Design and collaborate with the engineering team to build architecture and system design for new products.

Build internal products and integrate with external API’s.

Play a role in building, expanding, testing and releasing of a product helping thousands happy customers.

Leverage AI coding assistants to boost productivity, while maintaining strict code quality, security, and critical review standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (Top-tier university degree with a GPA of 90+ / Graduated with honors is a strong plus).

1-3 years of hands-on experience in backend development.

Strong programming skills, with expertise in Python.

Deep understanding and proven experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or equivalent).

Experience designing and integrating with APIs (RESTful services).

Knowledge in testing methodologies

Tech-savvy and adaptable: Experience or a strong desire to incorporate AI dev tools into your daily workflow, combined with the critical thinking needed to review and validate AI-generated code.

Independent, proactive, with great interpersonal skills.
