About the team:
We are 8 people, a mixture of Frontend and Backend Developers, Product Manager, Product Researcher, Product Designer and Content Designer :)
We are working on building the entire payment experience for doctors, clinics, healthcare professionals, and patients in an innovative and amazing digital environment. We have many challenges ahead, such as creating digital wallets, rewards programs, benefits, and learning tools, as well as optimising the payment world, and are excited to meet you!
How would you be impacting our mission?
As part of the payments team, you will play a crucial role in connecting all financial aspects for healthcare professionals and patients. Our ambitious goal is to facilitate that the majority of bookings, over 22 million per month, are paid through our payment system.
What will help you thrive?
Have experience with OOP languages and relational databases (.NET/C#)
Experience with SQL and ideally NoSQL databases
Are not afraid of designing complex functionalities in a scalable architecture. Believe in optimizing the quality, complexity and efficiency of the code. Consider testing as valuable as coding
You are used to working in an Agile, high-autonomy environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
Care about product management and understanding user needs. Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork capabilities
Feel comfortable expressing yourself in English both verbally and in writing
Growth mindset: nobody ticks all those boxes above, but willingness to learn is strongly valued here.
Bonus points
Experience working in DevOps Culture
Knowledge regarding queues and messaging systems (such as Azure queues or RabbitMQ)
Experience with scalable distributed cloud systems. Familiar with virtualization tools and container orchestration like Docker and Kubernetes
Have experience in developing healthcare applications and/or working in fintech sector
