BAP - Data Analyst

We're looking for a Data Analyst Intern to join the Risk/Data team. The intern will support data pipeline development, SQL-based analytics, and data standardization initiatives under the guidance of senior team members. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with large-scale data processing in a real business environment. Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and maintaining SQL-based data pipelines and analytics workflows

Support data standardization and normalization projects (e.g., address parsing, entity resolution)

Help build and optimize data models, dashboards, and reports

Conduct ad-hoc data analysis under mentorship and present findings to the team

Assist in monitoring data quality and implementing validation logic

Collaborate with team members on cross-functional data projects

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field

Solid SQL skills, familiarity with Hive/Spark SQL is a plus

Basic proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python preferred)

Strong interest in data analytics, risk control, or fraud detection

Good communication skills, eagerness to learn and take initiative

Available for at least 3 days per week, minimum 3-month internship duration
