Supports the Hospital Equipment and Supplies Division by preparing and following up on quotations to ensure uninterrupted operations and timely delivery.
Bryden pi Limited is seeking to recruit a suitable candidate for the following position in the Hospital Equipment and Supplies Division:
EXPEDITOR
The incumbent is responsible for supporting the Division by preparing and following up on quotations as required to ensure continuous operations of the Division.
Some Main Responsibilities include:
- Prepare customer quotations as requested.
- Ensure all incoming emails are vetted.
- Track and manage the status of quotations (pending info, completed and submitted).
- Follow up with Sales Representatives for all requested information needed to complete quotations in a timely manner
- Process delivery notes from System quotes/orders for Regional Health Authorities and Nipdec ensuring the system is accurately backordered.
- Ensure NIPDEC stock is invoiced according to stock and lots received.
- Prepare New Item forms.
- Verify Purchase Orders from Customers against quotation for price and quantity, ensuring that PO is completed within delivery period stipulated.
- Keep track of PO balances.
- Prepare Supplier Orders for ICM team
- Communicate customer delivery status/ updates as required
- Maintain a working knowledge of product portfolio.
- Communicate with customers regarding requisitions, quotations, orders, deliveries, back orders, returns and complaints via e-mails, phone or meetings.
- Liaise with Warehouse and/or Supply Chain with regards to Inventory or Lot queries.
- Perform other duties that may be required to enhance the operations of the Company.
- Billing purchase orders and customer orders to the warehouse and other locations as required.
- Processing Surgical Inventory Sheets.
Qualification, Experience and Requirement:
- Five (5) CXC subjects inclusive of English and Mathematics
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar position
- Or relevant combination of training and experience
- A valid Police Certificate of Good Character
Key Competencies:

- Good organizational and administrative skills
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to manage work to meet deadlines
