Business Analyst Junior [Antifraud]

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Antifraud team. The team is responsible for improving internal antifraud operations and building tools that help analysts detect fraud faster, automate manual workflows, and increase operational efficiency. We continuously analyze existing workflows, identify automation opportunities, and design solutions that make fraud operations more scalable and effective.
Challenges that await you:
- Analyze and improve antifraud operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual work
- Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements for internal antifraud tools
- Identify automation opportunities and translate business needs into scalable product solutions
- Prepare detailed specifications and development tasks for engineering teams
- Define and improve operational metrics to measure process performance and identify bottlenecks
- Analyze operational cases and identify opportunities to optimize existing workflows
- Support initiatives end-to-end, from requirements gathering through implementation and rollout
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, and platform teams to deliver new capabilities
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of business processes and product decisions
What makes you a great fit:
- 1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst in a product, fintech, or operational environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements
- Understanding of business processes and process optimization
- Experience working with operational metrics and using data to drive improvements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
