Business Analyst Junior+ [Origination Delivery]
TLDR
Analyst role supporting postal-delivery operations and product collaboration to build scalable processes with partners.
Challenges that await you:
- Develop business and operational processes for the Postal direction
- Work deeply with the partners (we use several partners for postal deliveries)
- Design interfaces and solutions within internal systems
- Participate in team development
- Work with the backoffice system
- Design, document, and maintain operational regulations, workflows, and standards
- Critically assess incoming requests, identify root causes of problems, and challenge initial assumptions when necessary
- Own and manage the business backlog: collect requests, structure them, prioritize, and plan delivery
- Write clear and structured requirements for development teams
- Define tasks, track progress, and control delivery timelines
- Work with product analysts to define business and operational metrics, track performance, and measure the impact of changes
- Monitor and improve key metrics related to delivery efficiency, productivity, and quality
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, Analysts, and Operations stakeholders
- Strong business mindset with hands-on experience in operational environments
- Proven ability to work with business and product metrics, define KPIs, and use data for decision-making
- Experience collaborating with product analysts and translating insights into actionable changes
- Excellent communication skills — confident working with large operational teams and senior stakeholders
- Strong critical thinking: ability to question inputs, identify inconsistencies, and focus on real problems
- High level of structure and organization — comfortable managing complex processes and multiple streams of work
- Experience in task decomposition, prioritization, and deadline control
- Ability to write clear, structured requirements and work effectively with engineering teams
- Strong stakeholder management and expectation-setting skills
- B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
- Experience in Contact Centers / Telesales / Customer Support / Customer Care / Delivery / Operations
- Experience working in large operational organizations with significant frontline staff, such as:
- delivery services
- logistics or warehouses
- couriers or drivers (marketplaces, fintech, e-commerce)
- Experience or understanding of people management, motivation systems, or operational leadership
