The Role:

xDesign are looking for a collaborative and pragmatic Business Analyst/Product Owner to join our growing team and help define and develop an exciting array of products over a variety of industries, technologies and domains.

As a Business Analyst / Product Owner at xDesign you will be responsible for:

• Working with a Product Team to understand the “why” and then work with the internal design and engineering teams to determine the “how”

• Understanding target users’ needs, translate those needs into requirements, and work in collaboration with developers, QA, designers, and project managers

• Ensuring clear communication of the requirements across the team, contribute to the prioritise features and bugs, and manage client feedback

• Keeping on top of any changing requirements and ensure the team and client retain a clear understanding of the end-product.

What you’ll be doing:

• Interrogating, shaping and documenting requirements for upcoming products alongside stakeholders

• Ensuring the feasibility of produced designs and that they satisfy the product vision

• Facilitate the delivery of the product vision alongside internal development teams and key stakeholders

• Collaborate with the product team to learn, feedback and improve on xDesign’s specification and delivery process

• Facilitating pragmatic decision-making and product discussions, both internally and externally

• Managing the backlogs for projects that are in active development or have entered a maintenance phase

• Managing and facilitating solutions for emergent product issues during active development
