Responsibilities:
Our client seeks a motivated individual to join as Employee #2, working directly with the Founder/CEO. This is a unique opportunity to support the CEO in all areas of business, from developing and executing strategy to handling marketing, finance, and business operations.
- Assist in developing and executing strategies across marketing, finance, and operations
- Support go-to-market strategies and marketing activities
- Conduct research on ESG and climate regulations to identify business opportunities
- Collaborate with partners to drive impactful change and form strategic alliances
- Contribute to overall business growth and success by assisting with finance and operational tasks
- Help deliver consulting work for clients
Requirements
About You:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, Data Science, or related field
- Strong interest in ESG, climate change, and sustainability
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
