Sales and lead sourcing: Acquire and onboard business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and ensuring weekly sales targets are achieved

Negotiation and closing of deals: Lead contract negotiations to establish a strong working relationship with our local partners, and to ensure economic sustainability and mutual growth of the partnership

Sales operations: Ensure Standard Operating Procedures and Policies are implemented in a timely and accurate manner

Brand ambassador: Become the face of Lalamove when engaging local partners to promote our services and values

Generate New Business Revenue as per Targets

Drive new business prospecting throughout the Territory/VM Assigned

Special/ad-hoc projects will be assigned by Line Manager/ Department Manager

Work time: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)

Work location: No. 10, Pho Quang Street, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, HCMC

What you’ll need

Bachelor/ College's degree, preferably in marketing or business related subjects;

Min 2 years solid experience in business development or sales within logistics or a fast-paced and related industry;

Outstanding presentation & communications skills;

Able to work independently and work under tight deadlines;

Proficiency in written Vietnamese & English;

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Self motivated, proactive, take ownership and personal responsibility;

Hard working & friendly team player, enthusiastic and adaptable;
