Role Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic, data-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and help drive our strategic business and growth initiatives. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and partnership development. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with an "AI-First" approach to problem-solving, possessing the ability to turn complex data into compelling business narratives and actionable opportunities.
 

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Storytelling: Design, build, and deliver high-impact business presentations and pitch decks for internal stakeholders, clients, and potential partners.

• Lead & Partnership Analysis: Evaluate incoming leads and rigorously assess the ROI and strategic impact of new business distribution channels and partnerships.

• Opportunity Identification: Proactively scout, identify, and evaluate emerging business opportunities to drive revenue and market expansion.

• Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive business analysis, including deep-dive competitor research and market benchmarking, to keep the company ahead of industry curves

Must-Have Qualifications

• Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience working within e-commerce, travel, or other dynamic customer-facing business (B2C) setups.

• Exceptional Communication Skills: You can articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences.

• Presentation Mastery: You have a keen eye for design and narrative flow, ensuring every deck you build tells a clear, convincing story.

• Data & Number Crunching: You are highly analytical and comfortable diving into datasets to extract trends, forecast outcomes, and back up your strategies with solid numbers.

• AI-First Mindset: You naturally look to modern technology to work smarter. You have proven experience using AI tools to analyze data, automate repetitive tasks, and simplify complex workflows.
