What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Based in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Commercially minded with a genuine interest in business, sales, and entrepreneurship.
- Highly detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality work.
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Confident communicating with professionals from different cultures.
- Analytical, resourceful, and able to think critically.
- Willing to take ownership and work independently when needed.
- Previous internship, student leadership, or entrepreneurial experience.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
- Interest in AI, software engineering, cybersecurity, or digital transformation.
- Experience conducting B2B market research or using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Work directly with Gradion’s Chief Commercial Officer and senior leadership.
- Gain exposure to international clients across APAC, Europe, and the Middle East.
- Learn modern B2B sales, consulting, and commercial strategy.
- Develop skills in business development, negotiation, market research, and executive communication.
- Receive mentorship from experienced technology and commercial leaders.
- Opportunity for a full-time role based on performance.
