Business Development Manager

TLDR

Strategize and drive revenue growth by owning end-to-end sales execution, leveraging CRM/ERP tools, delivering product demos, and meeting aggressive targets.

  • Formulate strategies and Action plans and execute it with full ownership for achieving the Revenue Goals.
  • Should be very well verse with technological tools like CRM, ERP and online web-based and mobile-based tools as part of the daily routine operations.
  • Keep the CRM updated always. Ensure adherence to Sales processes, policies & Marketing tools.
  • Capable of Planning & execution of various activities like Competitive Demos, Product Launches & Sales Promotion.
  • Good verbal and Written Communication Skills. Proficiency in English, Hindi and Local Languages.
  • Flexible to travel. Must have Very Good Negotiation and Deal-Closure Skills.
  • Having good database of prospective customers the selected field with be a plus. (Fleet Owners, Mining Operators, Truck Dealers, Truck OEMs)
  • Very Good Market Research and Analysis Skills.
  • Develop and Maintain Very good Rapport with the existing customer and generate new business from the referrals of existing customers.
  • Should have own vehicle for extensive field work. Be accessible on and off the office hours.
  • Should be able to conduct thoughtful and enchanting Product Demos to the customers.
  • Work with Very Less monitoring and Be directly responsible for targets given and aggressively work towards the sales goals without much follow ups.
  • Ability to quickly Learn new technologies and grasp domain knowledge of new/emerging areas and industries.
