Business Development Representative (French)

At Kantox we are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our sales team made of amazing people to hold an important role in the organization 🚀

We are looking for an energetic and achievement-oriented Sales Development Representative who is a native French speaker, to help us to grow the sales pipeline by generating interest with key stakeholders in our target accounts and by qualifying incoming leads quickly.

The BDR team is a new sales division composed of young and highly motivated people who are constantly looking to expand their understanding of business and eager to improve their selling approaches.

Your mission within Kantox

Reporting to the team leader in France, you will have responsibility for the following:

  • Becoming an encyclopedia of knowledge for how Kantox works, the problems we are solving, and the benefits we bring to enterprises
  • Conduct effective first discovery and qualification conversations, via phone/LinkedIn/email with key stakeholders at our targets accounts
  • Qualify inbound leads by using your deep understanding of our value proposition and use-cases
  • Qualifying incoming leads (inbound) as potential sales opportunities, through initial phone and email contact
  • Keeping a meticulous record of interactions with leads in our CRM (Salesforce)


Who you are

  • Master/Bachelor in economics, finance or business administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A true team player willing to roll-up their sleeves and give a hand when needed
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold emails and cold calling)
  • A highly organised professional who is self-driven, motivated, and achievement-focused professional
  • Native proficiency in French
  • Previous experience in a B2BSales/Business Development role is a plus
  • Previous CRM experience, especially Salesforce, is a plus
