Business Development Representative

TLDR

High-impact entry point into a fast-paced SaaS sales environment, qualifying prospects and building pipeline alongside Account Executives in an international team.

Accountabilities:
  • Engage and qualify inbound and outbound prospects, identifying business needs and evaluating fit with the product offering.
  • Conduct personalized outreach to decision-makers and key stakeholders across targeted accounts and regions.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to generate and accelerate sales pipeline growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline progress within CRM systems.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the product to clearly communicate its value proposition to potential customers.
  • Contribute to demand generation initiatives by supporting data-driven outreach strategies and campaigns.
  • Continuously refine outreach approaches and propose improvements to optimize conversion performance.
  • Ensure a high-quality customer experience through clear, empathetic, and value-driven communication.
  • Requirements:

    • 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or B2B SaaS environments preferred.
    • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, with clarity and professionalism.
    • Demonstrated motivation to build a long-term career in sales with a proactive, goal-driven mindset.
    • Proven ability to engage prospects, build rapport, and communicate value effectively.
    • High level of resilience, competitiveness, and consistency in achieving or exceeding targets.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in CRM management and follow-up processes.
    • Empathy and active listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor messaging accordingly.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote, and collaborative team environment.
