⚙️ The key bits

- Flexibility: We have an office hub in the UK as well as no-office hubs in several European countries. We operate a choice-first work approach that lets you work fully remotely from Day One even if you’re near an office hub. *Our best Sales reps have a weekly presence in the London Hub. Our preference is for someone that can come in ca. 2 times per week.

- Location: We can currently only accept applications from candidates that are located and have long-term working rights in the UK.

- Interviews: 3 stages totalling around 2.5 hours over 2 weeks, incl. a home task and role-play
- Start date: Our preference is for a start date around March. If you prefer an earlier or later start date, let us know and we’re open to discussing.

- Salary: £35,000 base salary + £10,000 bonus (in monthly instalments based on performance targets) + stock options in Juro. We are looking for someone equivalent to IC1 in our new business sales career map.

🌠 Your Mission

We've experienced top-tier growth at Juro, doubling our revenue in 2022 and hitting our 2023 targets despite a challenging market. We are expanding our BDR Team to ensure we maintain this trajectory in 2024 and continue building a healthy pipeline of companies that need Juro.

Your mission is to be the gatekeeper for Juro, an exceptional first point of contact for new prospects and to help our revenue grow steadily by identifying and qualifying sales leads. This means:

1. Consistently meeting your target number of sales opportunities each month.
2. Own multi-channel outreach + run rigorous qualification of prospects through discovery calls.
3. Be super active prospecting the market and engaging contacts.
