What You’ll Be Doing
As a BDR, you role is the first step towards in the sales cycle, you are the trusted promoted of our product to the potential market and segment, you are accountable to prospect existing and new potential clients, create an aggressive pipeline that consist of decision makers such as Owners, C-level, Directors etc, and setup the sales team for success by gathering specific requirements that will allow the sales team to execute a proper demonstration of Foodics product.
You are also expected to maintain a close relationship with potential leads by giving continuous updates and educating them on new product features, with the aim to increase the chances of selling our great product to them!

Main Responsibilities 💡
- Reach to the Customer: assigned areas to source leads and conduct multiple visits to the prospects during the sales lifecycle.
- Educate the Customers: you will simultaneously provide prospects and customers with information about a business’ products and services without sounding “robotic” or “rehearsed.” As such, you will often possess a strong customer service background.
- Retrieve Customer Information: One of the most important tasks you have involves retrieving customer information and entering it into our CRM system. You will set up new customer accounts, access existing customer accounts, and manage sensitive customer data across one or more computer systems. You will multitask frequently and in many instances update records in a computer system while conversing with customers.
- Respond to Customer Concerns and Questions: You must understands Foodics products and services and their advantages and disadvantages. That way, our sales team can quickly address customer concerns and questions and overcome potential roadblocks in the sales cycle.
- Meet Productivity Goals: You must meet KPIs to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency. KPIs include the number of activities, number of qualified leads generated, and closed sales.
Requirements
- 0-2 work experience in business development, sales development or relevant role
- Experience in the F&B industry to insure quick access to decision makers and understand market trends for faster consideration for the role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calling, sales presentation, etc.)
- High customer focus skills, communication, networking and influencing abilities
- A Problem-solver who can identify and address prospect and customer concerns during the sales process.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Zoho) & MS Office applications
- Must be willing to outdoor work in the assigned areas in Kuwait for an extensive period of time
- Must be flexible to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- BS/BA degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or relevant field
