Position Summary:
The Business Solutions Representative Representative is responsible for developing and servicing a portfolio of clients (Agents), for our South Asia Markets, through telephone visits, generating a commercial relationship, which allows negotiations to increase shipping volume and profitability for Viamericas.
Duties and Responsabilities
Deliver excellent customer service and provide effective solutions through both inbound and outbound calls.
Conduct and document regular telephone outreach across the assigned territory.
Monitor pricing and report on trends or discrepancies.
Follow up with inactive agencies.
Develop and implement business plans to support regional goals.
Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Prepare and submit reports on competitor activity.
Provide support and assistance to sales field staff as needed.
Oversee the full onboarding and installation process for new agencies.
Support, and develop new agents to ensure operational readiness.
Maintain and increase transaction volume within the assigned territory.
Ensure sustained and growing profitability of transactions in the territory.
Grow and manage the portfolio of assigned agencies.
Track, follow up, and resolve issues reported by agents and field staff.
Maintain full availability to respond to operational and business needs.
Collaborate effectively in a team environment to achieve common objectives.
Qualifications
Fully bilingual Hindi & Bangali /Spanish
Needs to have US visa, as frequent travel to the US is required
Understanding of the sales cycle, with the ability to close deals
Ability to prospect, close, follow up, ability to negotiate
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a high level of confidence
Creative thinker and must have the ability to solve critical problems
Ability to multitask and manage business conflicts
Ability to analyze the market and target potential customers
Strong internet research skills
