Interview (phone and Skype)

Streamlined 3-step interviewing process, guided by your dedicated Technical Recruiter

1. Initial Pre-Screen – a phone assessment with your Recruiter

2. Technical Interview – a live coding evaluation led by one of our technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

3. Confirmation Call – a Skype call with our Hiring Coordinator ensuring overall suitability for the position

Train (at our headquarters in Atlanta, GA)

Our Career Advancement Training (CAT) is interactive, innovative, and led by field-experienced trainers in our Atlanta training facilities. Did we mention we will be paying you 40 hours/week for training?!

- Each training day consists of 4-6 hours of hands-on application development followed by assignments to complete with training group team members.

- Each trainee will receive coaching from experienced Mobile Apps Company technical experts who also provide 24/7 technical support during training and while on project.

- Each trainee will be assigned a dedicated Consultant Development Manager (CDM), who mentors and furthers each consultant’s professional development.

- Weekly “How to Be a Consultant” seminars focus on the non-technical aspects of the job.

QUALIFICATIONS: WHAT DO I NEED?

- Experience in C#, ASP.NET and database (SQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.)

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field

- At least 4 years of corporate work experience, of which 2 years must be in the IT field

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Availability to travel nationwide

It is not required that you have experience developing with SharePoint – that’s what we’ll train you to do!
