Mobileye

C++ Developer – Neural Network Integration & Production 3D Sensing Systems

TLDR

Integrate neural network models into production software and optimize real-time 3D perception systems for edge devices in autonomous vehicles.

Mobileye is looking for a strong C++ Developer to join the Lidar&Radar Deep Learning group and play a key role in building production-level systems around our core 3D sensing, perception, and deep learning algorithms.

This is a rare opportunity to build the software layer bringing cutting-edge computer vision neural network models into efficient, reliable, production-ready systems running on edge devices in autonomous vehicles.

You will be part of a small, growing group working closely with algorithm developers to bring cutting-edge 3D perception models into real-world vehicle systems. This is a hands-on role with high ownership, combining deep C++ development, neural network integration, system optimization, and production delivery.

The role is ideal for someone who is excited by the intersection of modern C++ engineering, real-time systems, and deep learning deployment for high-precision 3D sensing — and who wants to grow over time into a broader technical leadership position.

** The role includes working on-site at our Jerusalem office several days per week.

What will your job look like:

  • Design and implement large-scale C++ systems around AI and algorithmic pipelines for 3D sensing and perception in a real-time, vehicle-oriented environment.
  • Integrate neural network models into production software — including model runtime integration, sensor/data flow, pre/post-processing, and system-level validation.
  • Work closely with deep learning, computer vision, and 3D algorithm teams to take models from research/prototype stage into robust production systems on the vehicle.
  • Build and own application-level infrastructure that enables algorithmic and neural network solutions to run efficiently on edge devices under strict latency and resource constraints.
  • Optimize runtime performance, memory usage, latency, and throughput for high-precision 3D perception workloads in resource-constrained environments.
  • Contribute to neural network deployment flows, such as model conversion, inference execution, profiling, and optimization.
  • Lead end-to-end development of features — from design and implementation to integration, testing, and deployment.
  • Take part in building CI/CD processes, automated testing, and development workflows for production algorithm systems.
  • Debug complex real-time systems involving C++ infrastructure, 3D algorithmic logic, and neural network execution.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams across Mobileye, gaining deep exposure to both system architecture and state-of-the-art 3D sensing and AI algorithms.
  • All you need is:

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of hands-on C++ development experience.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design, software architecture, and large-scale system development.
  • Experience working in Linux environments.
  • Nice to have:

  • Hands-on Python experience, including the PyData stack (NumPy, Pandas).
  • Experience with performance optimization, memory efficiency, and real-time systems.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and automated testing.
  • Experience working closely with algorithm, computer vision, deep learning, 3D perception, or data teams.
  • Experience with workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Argo).
  • Experience in data engineering or backend systems with large‑scale data (production environments).
  • Mobileye changes the way we drive, from preventing accidents to semi and fully autonomous vehicles. If you are an excellent, bright, hands-on person with a passion to make a difference come to lead the revolution!
