About the Role

We are looking for a Software Developer to join our team building enterprise-grade data protection solutions focused on backup, recovery, and management of unstructured data. You will contribute to developing scalable, reliable, and high-performance features that help organizations protect business-critical information across diverse storage environments. 

As part of an engineering team, you will work across the full development lifecycle of Veeam's core data protection platform – Veeam Backup & Replication. 

What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain features for a large-scale backup and restore platform focused on unstructured data protection 
• Contribute to the development of reliable and high-performance backend services using C# and .NET 
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, QA, and other engineering teams to deliver customer value 
• Analyze requirements and translate them into maintainable and scalable software solutions 
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues. 
• Contribute to code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team 

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of software development experience in commercial projects 
• Proficiency in C# and a deep understanding of the .NET platform, data structures, and algorithms 
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn 
• Result-oriented mindset with a sense of ownership and responsibility 
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment 
• English proficiency sufficient for daily communication within an international team 

Bonus Skills

• Experience working with AI coding assistant tools 
• Experience with Network, Cloud, or Data Deduplication Storage systems
