Your mission
Your missionViberoptix, part of the Fibrus Group is a fast growing, leading telecommunications company, delivering frontline services to fibre network providers across the UK and Ireland.
We are looking for Cabling Operatives to support our network build in Cumbria.
Your profile
Your profileResponsibilities:
- Upkeep and maintain fibre infrastructure to current PIA standards
- Underground and Overhead installations
- Working within a team and successfully delivering PIA installation works
- Installing fibre optic cables
- Fault find on Fibre Network Infrastructures
- Troubleshoot individual and wider network issues
- Adherence to all Health and safety practises
- Correct use of equipment and procedures
- Maintain all tools, equipment and vehicles to a high standard
- To help maximise the maintenance schedule and to meet strict deadlines.
