Cafe Manager - L'affare Melrose

After a couple of years of cranking out the coffee, poaching eggs, dicing avocado and creating an award winning reputation as Newmarket's best café - we need a break!

But we also need a motivated, passionate, hungry and experienced café manager to lead our small and well skilled team.

It’s a 7 day a week operation – you'll work from Tuesday through to Saturday and on the odd occasion we like to put on a function or two at night for you to take care of.

This is a role where you will spend the majority of your time providing exceptional service for our regular customers and winning over new ones as they arrive: there will however be a few administrative task to take care of.

We're looking for someone that likes taking charge, has the highest service standards and know how to manage, motivate and educate.
