Main Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive customer lifecycle strategies, focusing on acquisition, retention, and churn prevention.
  • Drive continuous revenue growth by analyzing user behavior and implementing targeted communication strategies to maximize reward redemptions and keep customers active.
  • Identify underperforming segments or missed targets and swiftly pivot strategy—launching high-impact referral programs, reactivation campaigns, or seasonal, daily events.
  • Continuously optimize the customer journey by analyzing friction points, aligning with Customer Service to resolve inquiries, and maintaining a seamless user experience.
  • Own the promotional budget. Monitor daily operational and financial projections, forecasting the impact of active and upcoming initiatives.
  • Analyze the efficiency of product placements and banners (CTR vs. Conversions) to maximize overall campaign / budget efficiency.
  • Lead  performance tracking for all growth initiatives, focusing on core metrics like CAC, ROI, Conversion Rates, and Redemption Rates.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaign lifecycles, including panel configurations, participant limits, and precise scheduling.
  • Coordinate the rollout of last-minute flash campaigns and pre-launch testing to ensure zero technical glitches.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Legal, and MarComm, CRM teams to ensure the seamless launch of campaigns, monitor post-launch performance and operations, and ensure full compliance with all terms and conditions.

    • Qualities We Are Looking For

  • 3-5 years in Growth Marketing, CRM, Lifecycle Management, or Revenue Management, ideally within fintech, banking, e-commerce or a high-paced tech company.
  • Strong data literacy with experience in tracking conversion funnels, monitoring KPIs, and using analytics tools.
  • Team player with the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Comfort with managing numbers, tracking daily costs, assisting with monthly forecasts, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, from campaign planning and operational execution to contract follow-ups and creative asset delivery.
  • Good business acumen & curiosity, including skill in understanding the business, competition, and growth opportunities.
