:briefcase: The Role

We’re hiring Capital Analysts to join the AxisKey team.

This is an entry-level role within our Capital Platform team, designed for highly organized and proactive individuals interested in business development, capital raising, and private markets.

You’ll support the Capital Platform team by helping manage prospecting workflows, organizing pipelines, building outbound lists, and supporting the operational processes behind new client acquisition. Success in this role is defined by maintaining a highly organized, consistent, and scalable approach to supporting business development efforts.

This is a performance-driven role where you’ll be expected to think proactively, maintain strong attention to detail, and contribute to how we advise firms on improving and scaling their capital raising processes through AxisKey. Strong performers will have a clear growth path into more strategic and client-facing responsibilities over time.


:handshake:What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain outbound prospecting lists across target firms and markets
  • Support the Capital Platform team with pipeline organization and CRM management
  • Conduct company and market research to identify potential opportunities
  • Create and improve prospecting workflows to help scale discovery conversations 
  • Assist with outbound workflows, tracking, and follow-up processes
  • Help maintain accurate records across systems and internal workflows
  • Support Capital Strategists with preparation for discovery conversations and business development efforts
  • Shadow client calls and gain exposure to the capital raising process
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support growth initiatives and operational efficiency
  • Continuously improve workflows, organization, and prospecting processes
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and day-to-day operational responsibilities

Must-Haves:
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken, with clear and professional communication
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales (consultative or solution-based preferred) or Client-facing roles
  • Experience supporting operational or commercial teams
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRMs, and operational workflows
  • Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment

Bonus Points For:
  • Fundraising experience or exposure
  • Exposure to fintech, financial services, or capital markets
  • Research or analytical experience
  • Experience with consultative sales or advisory roles
