What You Will Do
Solve It All: Address technical issues, resolve partner requests, and optimize operations on the Insider platform.
Be a Partner Hero: Manage technical relationships, ensuring seamless support and success for partners.
Communicate Like a Pro: Master communication and problem-solving to deliver top-tier experiences.
Collaborate & Conquer: Work with Customer Success Managers to provide smooth, impactful solutions.
Feedback Wizard: Gather insights from partners to help improve our product.
Deliver Excellence: Meet SLAs with speedy response times and resolution skills.
What You Will Need
Customer-Facing Experience: 2+ years in B2B environments or a consulting firm.
Account Management Expertise: Knowledge in e-commerce or CRM systems.
Communication Pro: Excellent written and verbal English skills.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Insider tools is a big plus.
Location: Based in Istanbul (on-site).
