AVANI Gaborone Resort & Casino is looking for an experienced Casino Gaming Manager with knowledge and practical experience on how to plan, lead and coordinate gaming operations at the behest of Avani Gaborone Resort and Casino while staying within the bounds of Financial Intelligence Agency (FIA), Gambling Authority and the International Gaming standards.

This position is accountable for making maximum profitability while staying on budget, strategic planning and market strategy for the Casino and contributing to the overall success of the hotel. The successful candidate will oversee the entire gaming operations (including slots, slots technical and tables) of the business units namely Avani Gaborone Casino (Gaborone), Menateng Casino (Selibe Phikwe) and Marang Casino (Francistown).

Relevant Diploma in business qualification (preferred) or related qualification
Gaming management development programme or similar will be an added advantage
Gaming license

Ten (10) years of gaming experience, five (5) of which should be in managerial experience preferably in the gaming industry.
